Sales and Business Development:
Promote and sell Casita Holidays’ travel packages, including family vacations, adventure tours, corporate retreats, and wellness packages.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored travel solutions.
Follow up with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Represent Casita Holidays at travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote packages and engage with potential clients.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to the management team to improve products and services.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for travel and a good understanding of Malabar’s tourism offerings.
Languages: Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
